you just ready for something new that works? Then Cardio Camp is for you! Cardio Camp features Core & Stability training,
Speed & Agility, Strength & Endurance, and Improved Overall Health and Confidence. It's a lot of fun but also a really
great workout. We will be doing a variety of challenging/fun exercises designed to burn away those unwanted calories.
Cardio Camp was created for individuals of ALL ages that want to be challenged while having fun reaching their fitness
goals. The Cardio Camp workout is a combination of cardiovascular training, athletic, and light resistance training that offers
a total body workout that stimulates and invigorates those who participate. Group training provides camaraderie and support
for its participants, which motivates all in achieving success. Aside to the workout, the Cardio Camp program offers monthly
nutrition plans and resistance programs to help mold and sculpt the body for specific and desired results
